Monovella is designed to give you clear choices about what you record, what you share, and how you use your account.

Before pilot launch

This is a plain-language summary of the pilot's intended controls. The formal privacy notice, retention schedule, data-protection impact assessment, and operating approvals require review by Monovella's privacy and legal owners before launch.

What you control

Choices available inside Monovella.

You choose which periods, symptoms, notes, and related events to add to your account.

You choose what to include in an expert report or consultation request. Experts do not automatically receive your complete Monovella history.

You can review consent records and change eligible preferences in Settings. Withdrawing Teni consent does not prevent you from using tracking, Learn, or consultations.

How Monovella uses records

For the services you ask Monovella to provide.

Monovella uses the information you add to provide tracking, cautious pattern observations, reports, and any consultation context you explicitly choose to share.

Monovella does not use your health records for advertising. Sponsors and supporting organisations do not receive individual health records.

Teni is optional. Before you use it, Monovella asks for consent because health-chat content is processed by an external AI service provider.

Account and deletion

Actions available from Settings.

You can review privacy choices and request account deletion from Settings. Monovella explains the deletion outcome before you confirm it.

If an active consultation or clinical record prevents deletion, the product should explain that constraint and the next step instead of silently removing your access.
